Osman was injured during the Arabia police camp attack suspected to have been executed by Al Shabaab militia men.

“We are making plans to have the boy buried now after we failed to secure a flight to refer him to a better hospital in Nairobi,” said Arabia MCA Abdulahi Abdirahman, who is also the victim’s relative.

A stray bullet hit Osman’s head while he was sleeping in their house next to the police camp raided by the heavily armed militants.

The gunmen also made away with four IEBC BVR kits, a police vehicle, a motorcycle and three riffles.
