Nakuru West member of Parliament Samuel Arama has said the ruling coalition will be in power at least until 2032.
Speaking after the Saturday thanksgiving rally organised by Jubilee, the MP said the rally was the beginning of a new era in Kenyan politics, adding that it strengthened Jubilee's rule in Kenya.
He went on to advise those opposing the government to allow Jubilee to rule until “God says it’s enough.”
"The mood at Afraha clearly showed that Jubilee is here to stay. Cord should just allow Jubilee to rule until 2032 because they cannot defeat Jubilee," he added.
"The skies, the gods and the heavens are on the side of Jubilee. Kenyans must just allow Jubilee to rule until God says it is enough," Arama said.
The legislator also told Cord leaders not to vie for the 2017 presidential elections so as to avoid embarrassment as he believes Jubilee will win with a landslide.
"The advise I can offer to Cord is for them to boycott the elections to avoid the huge political embarrassment awaiting them in 2017 because 90% of Kenyans will be voting for Jubilee," he said.
Arama is the only ODM MP in Nakuru and has on several occasions said he will defend his seat on a Jjubilee ticket.
