Nyamira County Assembly speaker MoffatTeya has said that County MCAs who will fail to deliver will lose their seats in 2022.
Teya urged the MCAs to be active in attending the assembly's debates and in proposing development related bills.
“I wish to urge MCAs to stop boycotting assembly sittings because they are crucial in setting pace for development," he said.
He said those who are not ready to work for the people may be shown exit door in 2022 elections.
"MCAs think that the electorates are sleeping. Whatever happens here is closely followed and that is a guarantee. They will be sent home," he added.
He warned the ward representatives against engaging in corruption on grounds that corruption will derail development in their areas of administration.
