As Kenyans await the fresh October presidential election, all seem not at the IEBC.Days after an internal memo from the chairman Wafula Chebukati to CEO Ezra Chiloba leaked, another memo, seem to have leaked as well.The document doing rounds on social media platforms, signed by Chebukati, to Chiloba, demands dismissal of ICT Director James Muhati, Paul Mugo - ICT coordinator and Boniface Wamae - ICT Officer, at the Commission, for allegedly failing to ensure running of smooth ICT mechanisms leading to the nullification of the August presidential election.Muhati replaced the late Chris Musando.
