The ruling was passed on Friday by a three-judge bench including judges Paul Kariuki, Stephen Kairu and Agnes Murgor who ordered Jubilee Party to conduct nominations within 48 hours.This followed a petition by former Kitui South MP Sammy Kiminza who had challenged Judge Muchelule’s decision.

Through his lawyer Jemimah Keli, it was revealed that Kiminza had paid SH5,000 for nomination exercise that was never conducted.
