ThirdWay Alliance presidential candidate Ekuru Aukot has dropped opposition to the inclusion of other presidential candidates on the ballot for repeat presidential elections.
Nation reports that Aukot has said that the election must proceed and cannot stop simply because NASA's Raila Odinga had dropped out of the race.
On Friday, Aukot said that IEBC should not include all other candidates on the ballot since he moved to court alone.
This is after the High Court ruled that all presidential candidates from the August 8 polls should be included on the ballot.
On Tuesday, Raila announced that he had dropped out of the race citing non-compliance by IEBC to his demands.
