Supporters of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino are currently protesting following his Monday arrest.

According to the Star, the supporters have blocked roads in Embakasi ahead of Owino's court appearance.

Owino is expected to be arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts.

He was arrested for allegedly making derogatory comments against President Uhuru Kenyatta.
