A video of the man and the woman, totally naked has already gone viral on social media.

Due to legal reasons, we cannot name the deputy governor.

However, in the video, he admits that he has been sleeping with the woman but asks for forgiveness saying he didn't know he is someone's wife.

The two were busted by the woman's husband and a group of wing men after a tip off.
