[Photo|Twitter]IEBC Commissioner Dr Roselyn Akombe has resigned.She says the October 26, fresh presidential election as planned "cannot meet basic expectations of a credible election". In her resignation letter, Akombe quit, when she had traveled to Dubai, to inspect printing of ballot papers, at the Al Ghurair printing and Publishing firm.Akombe who joined IEBC early this year, later flee to New York.
