The high court has nullified the election of Gatundu North MP Wanjiku Kibe.

Judge Joel Ngugi in his ruling said that the process was marred by irregularities. 

In his petition, Mr Clement Waibara, a former MP, argued that the election was not free and fair. 

The judge ordered IEBC to pay Kibe Sh3 million and the petitioner will get Sh1.5 million.
