Governor Oparanya on Thursday spent his day with his Machakos counterpart Alfred Mutua who is in Kakamega for a two-day benchmarking tour.

On his Facebook account, Governor Mutua said that he expected to learn a lot from Governor Oparanya.

Early this week, Kisii Governor James Ongwae's official car was also involved in an accident.
