The High court has upheld the August 8 victory of Starehe MP Charles Kanyi Njagua, also known as Jaguar.
ODM candidate in the August 8 polls Mr Steve Mbogo had contested Jaguars win and claimed that the elections were not conducted in accordance with the elections act and the constitution.
However, High court judge said the evidence provided by Mbogo's legal team was not sufficient to establish that the IEBC did not conduct a free, fair and credible election.
The petitioner was also ordered to pay costs for the suit amounting to Sh10 million.
Jaguar's supports later took control of the environment outside the Milimani law court as they engaged in song and dance.
