Photo: The StandardMedia.Less than 48 hours to the kick-off of Jubilee Party primaries, the top party organ has changed the duration the exercise was planned to take.Speaking on Wednesday, Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju and the National Election Board said the party will hold the elections for two days and not a day as it was earlier reportedIn the new arrangement, Jubilee will hold its nominations on 21st and 25th April. The NEB said the move was to accommodate the surging numbers of aspirants who eye the party ticket and to also minimise pressure on the board and also give room for credible elections.Could it be possible that Jubilee picked some lessons from the ongoing ODM primaries?
