Multiple reports indicate that Miguna is an Emirates flight EK 722 to Dubai.

It is not clear whether the plane has left the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where Miguna has been held for the past 72 hours.

The new development comes at a time when the High Court had ordered the government to produce Miguna in court on Thursday morning.

On Monday, there was an attempt to deport Miguna, but the NRM self-declared general declined to board the plan causing chaos.

Reports emerging from JKIA indicate that Miguna was calm as he was escorted to board the plane.
