Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi has spoken in his first rally after the dramatic handshake between Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta at Harambee House.
The National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal warned against gambling with the Kenyan people and called for an inclusive national dialogue and not a dialogue between individuals.
He bemoaned the fact that the NASA dream had not been realised and rebuffed claims that the opposition outfit was growing weaker.
''I want to tell Kenyans that the dream of the journey we started as NASA has not been realised. We as NASA are saying that dialogue is not a bad thing. What we are saying is that dialogue has to be all-inclusive. I am not saying that I want a dialogue between Musalia and someone else. I want women, youths, and the elderly to be at the centre of the national dialogue. We don't want anyone to gamble with the lives of Kenyans. My stand is that people should not be gambled with. I don't engage in politics of insults. NASA is still strong,'' the NASA co-principal said.
Mudavadi spoke today in Vihiga in the aftermath of the ceasefire between ODM and Jubilee.
His words come in the context of mounting unease with the opposition outfit, NASA.
Mudavadi also revealed that he would be meeting with Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula to decide the course that the opposition will chart in the coming days.
