During the Senate debate on Friday night at Daystar University a bright new face emerged on the scene and left Kenyans lost for words.
Nairobi Senate candidate Suzanne Lengewa was applauded for her performance during the debate.
The 23 year old running as a independent candidate is one of the youngest politicians competing in the upcoming elections.
"I am vying to be the senator of Nairobi because I do not want to watch from the sidelines anymore. We are really underestimated as young people, so I want to inspire young people that we need to stop limiting ourselves on what we can achieve," she said as reported by The Star.Her competitors included Jubilee's Johnson Sakaja, Edwin Sifuna of ODM, and Rameshchandra Gorasia of Wiper.
