Former Bonchari Mp Zebedeo Opore has called up upon the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to fasten up the election process that will see President Uhuru face NASA leader Raila Odinga.
According to Opore, they are ready to defend Uhuru’s victory and he is on a mission to ensure the entire Gusii people vote for Uhuru once more by a greater margin.
Speaking in Suneka Town on Friday the former legislator accused Raila of roaming at the corridors of IEBC instead of campaigning.
“This time around I see a scenario whereby the opposition leader will lose by a larger margin in that they won’t have anyone to blame” he added
He added that they are planning a major rally in Kisii in which they expect the president to address the public and call for them to vote for him.
Opore is among the MPs who lost in the recently concluded election from the Gusii region and have said he firmly support Uhuru Kenyatta.
