Two brothers believed to have murdered their father in Msaroni village, Kinango Sub-County have surrendered to police.
The suspects, Rima Mbui, 35, and Ndurya Mbui, 30, gave themselves up to the authorities at Vigurungani Police Post Station where they were immediately arrested.
The two are said to have brutally attacked their father after a quarrel over a cow he wanted to sell against their will.
Confirming the incident, area County Commissioner (CC), Karuku Ngumo, said the two will be taken to court in connection with the murder, once investigations were over.
The suspects are alleged to have killed their father, Mwaringa Katana, 55, using a blunt object after clashing over the sale of the cow.
Meanwhile, police have intensified manhunt for a man suspected to have killed his wife following a quarrel over a phone in Maendeleo village in the same Sub-County.
The suspect, Onesmus Mutuku, he is said to have hacked his wife to death with a machete before he fled.
