The issue has been given a lot of attention ahead of the resuming of Parliament sessions on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich is also expected to give a speech concerning the budget in Parliament.

Among key issues he is expected to give priority include security, the IEBC budget and infrastructure.

On the same day, a Bill seeking to withdraw Kenya from the Rome Statute which formed the ICC, is also expected to be tabled in the august House.

This issue has drawn mixed reactions from several quarters ever since it was fronted, with some cautioning of the impending dangers of pulling out of the ICC.
