The projects are said to have been worth well over Ksh. 5 million and the said developers allegedly defiled direct orders by the Construction authority.

“We would like all the projects that are registered to have owners obtain the necessary registration certificates to prevent further friction with the National Construction Authority.

It is however claimed that NCA officials were caught in a row with rowdy construction workers who resisted their operations in Eastleigh earlier in the day.

Mr Mwilu finally said that the days of those defiling orders by the NCA were numbered if they continued to look away.

“We want all the projects registered and owners obtain registration certificates, its only for the safety of our people “, said Mwilu.

Word has it that NCA officers faced off with rowdy construction workers who resisted their operations at a site in Eastleigh area.
