[Photo|Bungoma County Governors' Press Service]Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati on Saturday morning held a meeting with the new Lugulu Girls and Friends School Kamusinga principals in his office few days after TSC reshuffle.Wangamati who is opposed to the transfer of principals in the schools, told them to go back to TSC and seek fresh posting. "Under no circumstances shall the Bungoma Community that I am part of and serve as governor accept the new principals in those schools," Wangamati said as he addressed mourners in Lutonyi and Matili villages of Kimilili Constituency and Mitukuyu village of Webuye East Constituency. "We are ready for any principal from anywhere in Kenya, on condition that they come from schools with mean grades equal or near equal to that of Kamusinga and Lugulu Girls," he reiterated."We can't accept a principal from a school with a 5.8 mean score coming to manage our 8.9 mean score school," he said.He asked Ag Education CS Dr Fred Matiang'i to promote the existing deputy principals of the schools if he can not get teachers who match those 'he is taking away.'He further promised to protect the integrity and academic levels of the schools in the county.
