Bungoma Public Service Board is facing tough days ahead after human rights activist from Webuye demanded theirs oust.

The activist Moses Lukoye filed a petition against six board members on September 31 and wants the board established by former Governor Ken Lusaka sacked for lack of integrity.

They include the board chairman Gideon Sirai , members Janet Manyasi, Elizabeth Wanyonyi, Peter Masengeli, Steven Wesonga and Bonvenja Wasikoyo.

The activist has claimed the six, are incompetent and violated their oath of office.

Lukoye and has two witnesses, Mercy Nekesa and John Khaoya, who have already finished their submissions to the committee.
