Internet sensation Saleh Wanjala Wanyoyi popularly known as “Bungoma James Bond” could only be described as an interesting character in this beloved nation.
Wanjala, who was captioned late last week hanging on to a chopper transporting the body of slain business magnate Jacob Juma in Bungoma, denied involvement in such an incidence.
Before senior principal Magistrate Stephen Mogute of Bungoma law courts, Wanjala blatantly denied the claims on Wednesday.
The judge directed he be taken back to a hospital for treatment while awaiting bind determination.
And this got me thinking, could it be that he was advised by a group of misled minds or did he arrive at the decision to deny the claim solely?
He was pictured taking a “dream tour” atop a chopper in Bungoma and is also on the record explaining why he had to risk his life to fly.
While lying on his Bungoma hospital bed, he told the press that he has a mental condition that is hyper-active and at times, he does things which rub people the wrong way.
Hijacking a ride on the chopper, was one of his irrational decisions and he cannot explain what came over him.
But on Wednesday, he confidently denied he hijacked a ride from a chopper endangering his life.
In all truth, this guy is a real spin doctor but his wits are simply lying on the grave.
Somebody should tell him that anywhere in the world, the court determines cases based on evidence and not hearsay: in his case, the judge and Kenyans are not blind or deaf.
They have vivid images running through their minds on how he was hanging precariously on the chopper.
Somebody tell him to sharpen his wits more!
