[Photo|Busia County Government]Busia County Assembly has unanimously adopted the People's Assembly Bill introduced by NASA's NRM wing.The motion was moved by Deputy Minority Leader Moses Ochieng and seconded by Malaba Central ward MCA Bernard Papa.Busia County Assembly Speaker Bernard Wamalwa said pursuant to Standing Order 32, the County Assembly should adjourn to discuss a definite matter of national importance regarding the tabling and discussion of the motion.The NASA dominated Assembly unanimously passed the bill which is one of the tools NASA is using to deny Jubilee government legitimacy to govern the country on grounds that President Uhuru Kenyatta was unlawfully elected on October 26.The Bill will be presented to Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong to sign it into law. The People's Assembly will give direction on how residents in the county want to be governed, including amendments to the constitution.
