Kiogoro market businessmen in Nyaribari Chache Kisii County have threatened to demonstrate if the county government won't collect the garbage that has overstayed for more than two weeks near the market.
Addressing, the journalist on Wednesday at kiogoro, businessmen led by market their chairman Robert Nyakundi said that there is a foul smell that comes from that garbage near that market that has taken more than two weeks without being collected.
They also said this is not the first time they face such situation and asked Kisii county government to respond by collecting the garbage within one week.
“This foul smell may affect us we are asking the county government to collect this garbage within one week because other markets have never face such situation like us,” said Robert Nyakundi.
“Otherwise, we are going to demonstrate to oblige the county government to respond because it is like a song we are singing every now and again,” added Nyakundi.
