Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa hailed the cultic following enjoyed by NASA supremo Raila Odinga.
The CS noted that the veteran opposition leader was both loved and reviled in equal measure, saying that the Tuesday, 30 swearing-in was the clearest illustration yet of the clout Raila has.
''There is something that Mike said about Raila that you cannot love and hate him in full. There is Railaphobia and there is Railamania. I think there's no day like the day we saw on 30th. There was Railamania, people came out in passion to be with him,'' CS Eugene said.
The Cabinet Secretary was speaking in a Nairobi church during a requiem mass of his late brother's wife Yvonne Nambia Wamalwa.
Raila was among the scores of leaders who had graced the solemn occasion to show solidarity with the family of the deceased.
