The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) asked Kenyans on Thursday to arrest the Interior CS Fred Matiang'i, the Inspector General Joseph Boinnet Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) George Kinoti and Immigration Principal Secretary Gordon Kahalangwa on sight.
The ODM officials gave theremarks after the senior state officials ignored court orders on the release of the self declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) leader Miguna MIguna who was deported to Dubai for the second time within two months.
"We on Kenyans of goodwill, members of the bar, civil society and the church to come out at an appointed date next week to eefct the court oreders by arresting the convicted criminals.
ODM further requested the Chief Justice David Mraga to deny the four any audience in all courts until Miguna is given back his freedom and he comes back to the country.
The ODM team also went ahead to blame the Jubilee leadership for disrespecting the law and bringing up the culture of impunity in the country.
The mentioned senior officials failed to appear in court in regards to the ongoing case about the deportation of the NRM leader whereby judge Odunga was asked to punish their lawyer.
Lawyer Miguna was deported after he blatantly declined to either apply for a Kenyan visa pr sign forms to regain his Kenyan Citizenship.
