"We must stand up and speak up. Our county is unhappy and sick, our country is on the ropes, our country has no money, even my dear sister Controller of Budget (Agnes Odhiambo) is controlling a ghost budget because there is no money. That is why I am telling you never give up. It is not over until it's over. Until we come together this country will continue with the philosophy of let's accept and move on. That is why we say in this region Jubilee tawee . Lazima tubadilishe (No Jubilee again, we must change)," he said.Mudavadi said NASA was seeking excellence in matters of electoral justice. "We want every vote to have a meaning."
