Thirdway Alliance leader Ekuru Aukot has said he will be on the ballot in the fresh presidential election following nullification of the August 8 poll by the Supreme Court.
Aukot said the court’s ruling that the poll be repeated within 60 days was a good move, adding that they will not be left to President Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga only.
“There is misinformation doing rounds that the repeat election will be about President Kenyatta and Mr Odinga. We are going back to the ballot,” Aukot said at a media conference on Sunday.
“We believe that undertaking this exercise will expose electoral offences,” he said.
