NASA presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga has insisted his stance that Uhuru Kenyatta is merely a caretaker president.

Raila said Kenyans must now come out in droves to send home the 'caretaker president' on October 26 since Uhuru is an equivalent of a lame duck president without powers.

He said that his coalition is ready for elections any day only on condition that their 'irreducible minimum demands' are upheld at the IEBC.

"There will be no elections if those who messed with the elections are still in office," Raila said.

"Some of our demands before we warmly accept any elections to take place in October includes new transmission equipment, the dismissal of OT Morpho and Alghurar," he added.
