The court was on Friday expected to make a ruling on whether or not to grant the orders.

Judge Anthony Ndung’u ordered that the file be taken to Nyahururu high for hearing.

This happened as the burial ceremony of the late GG Kariuki proceeded at his Rumuruti home.
