CCM party led by Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto will not get 50 votes in Nakuru County, Nakuru Jubilee governor aspirant Lee Kinyanjui's running mate Erick Korir has said.

According to Korir, CCM party has been rooted out from the area.

"Nakuru residents are not ready to vote individuals whose main agenda is to stir ethnic animosity," Korir said as quoted by Star.

He said CCM is a forgotten entity.

"We cannot vote in for somebody who is planning to kick out Kalenjins from Narok and Mau forest complex. We are happy that the locals are enlightened and will vote such individuals," he said.

Kuresoi South Jubilee Mp aspirant Joseph Tonui said the region is united to see that all candidates vying on NASA and affiliate parties do not win any of the seats in the Rift Valley region.

This comes after Governor Rutto was on Saturday chosen as Kipsigis spokesperson.
