He said all roads which were not graveled or opened up will now be considered in this financial year."I want to thank Governor Jackson Mandago for giving me a second chance to serve in his government and this time I am poised to ensure that all roads in rural areas are graveled for farmers to transport their produce at ease," he said in Eldoret town, Wednesday."In the last five years we managed to grade 3,600 km of roads, graveled 1,450 km, opened up 156.55 km of new roads, and constructed over 28 bridges. I am poised to do even more,”He, however, warned road encroachers that their days are numbered and they soon be brought to book.
"I want to give a stern warning to any person who has encroached land meant for roads to either take it back or we take it by force," he noted.
