Kiambu County TNA coordinator Gladys Chania has cautioned youths to keep leader who would to use them to cause violence this electioneering period.

Addressing youths on Sunday at Kiahuria grounds in Witeithe Juja constituency, Chania said that youths fall vulnerable to politicians with evil minds.

She noted that some selfish politicians tale advantage of the youth vulnerability to engage them or use them in their evil deeds including violence.

“Young people should be wary and keep off politicians and other people who would want to use them as weapons of violence as we near the 2017 polls,” said Chania.

The Kiambu TNA coordinator who is also n anti-drug crusader instead urged youths to use their time wisely.

She observed that there is much young people can do including using their talents to earn livelihoods.

Chania also asked youths to keep drug and substance abuse.

The anti-drug crusader said that drug menace was the main challenge facing young people and called on leaders and government to devise proper mechanisms of curbing it.

“It is time everyone took a step towards eliminating drug abuse from our society,” said Chania.

The Kiambu TNA coordinator on the same note asked youths to massively register as voters and elect leaders who will change their plight come 2017.
