Charles Owino is the new director of Communication Services in the National Police Service a position that was being held by George Kinoti.Kinoti was appointed Ag Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) following a presidential appointment by President Uhuru Kenyatta early January 2018, succeeding Ndegwa Muhoro.Owino, who was promoted last year as the assistant Inspector General, has been succeeded by Maxwell Agoro, according to a communication from the National Police Service, on Tuesday.
