Kisii town was last weekend treated to rare drama as an elected Member of County Assembly (MCA) was caught between his wife and his lover.
The MCA allegedly left his house on Saturday evening not knowing that his wife was tracking him. He is said to have picked his lover at Eremo using a motorcycle along the Keroka-Keumbu road. Upon reaching the Kisii-Ogembo junction at a petrol station, the wife who was trailing the lovebirds descended on the husband’s lover making the MCA speed off leaving his lover injured.
The honourable member of the Kisii County assembly allegedly caused several accidents as he fled from his wife who then went to the Kisii Central Police station and recorded a statement. Having been ordered to arrest men soliciting for sex from town prostitutes, the MCA was not so lucky as to escape
The MCA’s wife allegedly went to their house and picked her belongings, two kids and left without much ado.
