Opposition outfit NASA have said that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is too divided to conduct a fresh presidential election.
NASA cited that the agency's chairman Wafula Chebukati has been sidelined by most of the team in a bid to sabotage him and his operations.
“Chebukati may be putting on a brave face but we all know he has been isolate," said Musalia Mudavadi’s spokesman Kibisu Kabatesi.
"His efforts to reform the IEBC before the October 17 election have been thwarted,” Kabatesi added, referring to the widely publicised divisions between the commission chairman and CEO Ezra Chiloba.
