IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has maintained that his team is prepared for the August 8 elections despite numerous challenges.
According to Chebukati, preparedness for elections is judged by the degree of compliance with timeliness.

He said despite the recent set up in the printing of ballot papers, the commission has delivered.
On Friday, a three-judge bench sitting ruled that the tender for printing of presidential ballot papers should be re-advertised afresh since the intent did not follow the law.
