[Photo|Daily Nation]The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), has said Returning Officers (ROs), have started arriving at the National Tallying Centre.Through its Twitter account, IEBC said, the ROs are arriving at the Bomas of Kenya, with hard copies of the results they sent through the Kenya Integrated Management System (Kiems) kits."Returning officers start arriving at the National Tallying Centre, Bomas of Kenya, with hard copies of the results they sent electronically."On his part, chairman Wafula Chebukati, said: "24 hours after the commencement of voting, we have received 36,769 forms 34A and 57 forms 34B on our public portal."He added that as IEBC ROs receive form 34As and tabulate them to produce 34B, verification team was "working pari passu to ensure the numbers add up."
