IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati says the commission will carry on with the printing of ballot papers despite the suit against the process.
Mr Chebukati said once the cases are heard and determined, the commission will gazette and print the names as required by law and the same to be included in the ballot papers.
The IEBC chief has in the meantime assured voters of their security during the electoral process, saying IEBC has partnered with the police to ensure the exercise is seamless.
Speaking at the close of a three day National Election Planning Meeting, Chebukati said the electoral agency was well within its timelines.
To actualize its operations 35 thousand biometric kits are in the country with the remaining 10 thousand expected into anytime to bring to 45-thousand the total number of kits to be deployed for the August polls.
The Commission has in the meantime assured Kenyans of adequate security at the ballot.
The printing of ballot papers kicked off on Friday and the president ballot papers will be printed in mid July.
