IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has hinted what might happen in areas where no voting will take place.Speaking to the media on Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Chebukati indicated that he shall recall elections in places where voting will not take place at a different date.Citing article 52 of the Kenya constitution, he stated that the constitution gives him authority to call for elections in those areas.This comes amid NASA leaders appeal to their supporters to boycott Thursday's repeat presidential poll accusing IEBC of not assuring Kenyans of a credible election.NASA leader Raila Odinga, however, is expected to make his final remarks regarding his withdrawal from the race and give his supporters the way toward.
