National Assembly majority leader Aden Duale has accused the IEBC of being partisan in the current political heat.

Duale said the IEBC wants to give the tender for the printing of presidential ballot papers to a company allied to NASA.

According to Duale IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and “other commissioners” had a secret meeting at the weekend when they agreed on the company.

Speaking on Tuesday during a campaign rally, Duale did not disclose names of NASA individuals who met with IEBC.

“We understand Chebukati and his team have agreed on an alternative company which is associated with NASA. We are however telling him [Treasury CS Henry] Rotich has signed a letter of credit to Al Ghurair,” Duale said.
