Speaking during a requime mass for the late Msando at the Consolata Shrine in Nairobi,Chebukati added that the commission had however lived up to Msando's expectations for credible elections having overseen a free and fair polls.
"Chris was a dedicated worker and was anticipating to oversee a credible election.That was his key mission.However his brutal murder cut short this dream.But he should be at peace knowing that the commission has lived up to this quest after presiding over a credible election", he said.
The opposition coalition Nasa has however rejected the outcome of the presidential election insisting that the polls were rigged.
Msando who was found murdered barely a week before the country went to the polls will be buried on Saturday in Siaya county.
