The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has added its voice to the Supreme Court verdict that upheld the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati said they will wait for the court's full judgment in 21 days to evaluate the October 26 poll.

"We await the judgment to inform our post-election evaluation that is about to commence as well as initiatives focused on developing ourinstitution and enhancing electoral democracy," Chebukati said in a statement.

President Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn-in on November 28.
