Dominic Musau, Kyeleni chief in Matungulu sub-county has raised concern over increased suicide deaths.
Four people have committed suicides for the last one month. According to Musau, the situation is worrying especially in Syokimanza village.
Speaking from a burial of one of the residents who took off her life last week in Kyeleni on March 24, the chief said that researches have been done whenever one commits suicide and according to postmortem results no external nor internal fact which drives to commit such an offence.
"What has been happening for the last one month in my area is worrying. People taking off their lives aimlessly hurts so much.
I would, therefore, like to urge everyone who might be planning to do the same to just stop," said Musau.
He promised to organize with physiology experts so that they can visit the sub-location and hold a meeting with the residents.
Just yesterday the fourth resident who is a lady committed suicide and her body was taken to Kangundo level four hospital mortuary.
