More than 150 chiefs across Kisii county are set to undergo promotional interviews in the next two weeks.
Addressing the press on Friday morning in his office Kisii county commissioner Samuel Karanja said those who have been listed will undergo thorough interviews for them to get promotions.
The commissioner said that they have already sent letters to the chiefs in order for them to prepare well and face the panel that will be chaired by him.
“We have already set a five-member panel that will carry out the interviews and we expect them to use the guidelines to get the best,” he added.
This is set to be one of the most awaited opportunity by chiefs across Kisii county who have been crying for promotion.
