Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki has strongly hit out at NASA supremo Raila Odinga over his impending swearing-in scheduled for January 30.He characterised Raila's behaviour as below his age, saying that even children could not engage in such theatrics.''The constitution is very clear on who can become the President of the country and who will declare him president. The constitution also elucidates on when and where a swearing-in ceremony can take place. So don't bring trouble in our country by engaging in theatrics that even a child cannot engage in. You are an old man,'' Senator Kindiki hit out.Senator Kindiki spoke today in the company of other leaders during the funeral of former KTDA chairman Stephen Mutai in Imenti South.He maintained that any swearing-in would offend the Kenyan constitution.
