[Photo|Twitter]It has been revealed that IEBC's ICT Director James Muhati is still in office.This is despite being suspended by chairman Wafula Chebukati.Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba made the revelations during an exclusive interview on one of the local television stations, Tuesday.An internal memo from Chebukati to Chiloba leaked, recently.The signed document by Chebukati, demanded dismissal of ICT Director James Muhati, Paul Mugo - ICT coordinator and Boniface Wamae - ICT Officer, for allegedly failing to ensure running of smooth ICT mechanisms leading to the nullification of the August 8 presidential election.Since then, no additional information has ever been shared, until Chiloba's revelations, even as Opposition's NASA, maintains Muhati should be dismissed."James is still in office. I think what Chebukati raised were issues subject to discussion at the commission level. I will not talk much about that," Chiloba, who NASA also wants out of Office, told a reporter.
