[Photo/Nation.co.ke]The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba has taken the IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati to court.Chiloba who has been enjoined in Jame's Muhatia's suit alongside other five IEBC officials want the court to stop IEBC from suspending or interfering with their jobs.There move comes days after Chebukati cracked the whip and appointed a new team to to handle the upcoming October 17 presidential repeat poll.The IEBC CEO has been put on spot by the National Super Alliance (Nasa) for interfering with the August 8 polls that were nullified.The new team appointed include Marijan Hussein Marijan, Salome Oyugi, Decimah Mmanyi, Crispine Owiye, Joseph Ayatta, Joyce Ekuam, Tabitha Mutemi, Limus Onyango, and Caroline Manyange.The Supreme Court of Kenya nullified the presidential results citing irregularities and illegalities in the exercise.
