Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO Ezra Chiloba has written a letter to National Super Alliance (NASA) asking them for more time to make the forms 34A available.

The CEO stated that only forms 34B are available at the moment and that he still needs time to avail forms 34A in his letter the the opposition party. 

This follows NASA's claims that the results of the presidential race on the IEBC website were manipulated hence their need to verify forms 34A.Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi and Siaya Senator James Orengo had criticized the commission for failing to conduct a free and fair electoral process.The IEBC declared President elect Uhuru Kenyatta the winner over Raila Odinga after completing their final tally on Thursday last week.The IEBC announced that President Kenyatta managed to reach the 50+1 mark and garnered 25 percent of votes in 24 counties.Raila Odinga and his NASA coalition insist that there were electoral malpractices in this years general election.
